M. Caroline Cantrell
Caroline earned her undergraduate degree in business administration from Portland State University and her law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar Debtor-Creditor Section, volunteers with Legal Aid Services of Oregon Bankruptcy Clinic, and has served on the Professionalism Committee and co-authored the Oregon State Bar Exemptions section of the bankruptcy continuing legal education course. Caroline is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and enjoys attending yearly forums to enhance her skills and knowledge of bankruptcy.
Caroline is the secretary of the Debtor-Creditor Executive Section of the Oregon State Bar and a liaison between the Legal Aid Bankruptcy Clinic and the Debtor-Creditor Section. She has been a speaker at the NW Bankruptcy Institute Continuing Legal Education program and spoken at various bankruptcy themed programs. She is a former faculty member of Portland Community College where she taught bankruptcy law to paralegal students.
Caroline and her husband live on a small farm in Canby where they raise cows and chickens. They also grow hay as well as tending a large garden and enjoy the fruits from their orchard. She enjoys gardening, working in her yard and cooking for large family gatherings.

Tami Bishop
Tami earned a B.S. degree from the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho and her law degree from Thomas M. Colley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. She is a member of the Debtor-Creditor Section of the Oregon State Bar and volunteers with Legal Aid Services of the Oregon Bankruptcy Clinic. Tami is a member of the consumer law section of the Oregon State Bar and recently revised the bankruptcy chapter of the section’s continuing legal education course. Tami has successfully litigated and settled a case in federal district court relating to alleged claims of predatory lending.
Tami and her family live in Beaverton and are the humans to a shedding black lab. She likes to explore the corners of Oregon and enjoys activities involving crash helmets.

Jackie Gallagher Chapter 7 Paralegal
Jackie is the go-to contact as she completes the initial review of the documents and pre-drafts the bankruptcy petition. She manages the Chapter 7 files once the case has been filed. Jackie can answer questions related to the Chapter 7 process and reaffirmation.
